CSD2078 is the ultimate water-clear polyurethane designed for better clarity, UV stability, and color separation than any other woodturning/pen turning resin on the market. This product was specifically formulated for excellent polishing and buffing properties, allowing users to achieve that perfect look every time. The finely tuned viscosity and flow create the perfect combination for color separation and design, allowing full artistic freedom for the seasoned pros, and the easy-to-use 1:1 ratio is perfect for the hobbyist just getting started.

Mix Ratio – 1:1 by weight and volume
Gel Time / Pot Life – 18 minutes
Demold Time – 2-4 hours
Degas and/or put part under pressure for bubble-free parts.
Placing part in 100°F will greatly reduce demolding time.
