With our flagship tool, you get a carbide tool like no other tool on the market. Most carbide tools lay flat on your tool rest and act as a scraper, potentially causing damage to resin, segmented, inlay, and other “fragile” blanks. The Magical Skew is a carbide-tipped scraper angled to smoothly approach the blank like a skew and slice wood and resin blanks.
The tool is made from the finest steel that has been black oxide coated, and laser etched. The bar is 6.5” long with 2.75” that inserts into the handle. There are two handle options, 5.75” and 13”, made from aircraft-grade aluminum that has been anodized black and laser etched.
Your skew comes with a 15R2 Square and a 16mm Round Carbide Cutter, Screws, and Allen Wrench, no matter which package you choose.
